No rent-to-own contract. No financing. You never own the machines — and you never pay to fix them, either. That's the trade, and for a lot of households it's the right one.

How it works

1. Reach out. Fill out the short form on this page, call, or text (812) 447-7807. Tell us where you live and whether you need a set or a single machine.
   I run this business alongside a full-time job, so calls are returned after work hours — the form is the fastest way to get in line, and every form gets a call back the same day.
2. We confirm hookups & schedule. On the callback we'll confirm your washer hookups and that you have an electric dryer connection — we rent electric dryers only, and we don't place stacked units, then set a delivery time that works for you — Columbus-area deliveries by us, Indianapolis deliveries through our local install partner.
3. Delivery & install. We bring the set, hook it up, level it, and run a test cycle before we leave. Your first month's payment is due at delivery.
4. Automatic monthly payments — repairs on us. Your card is charged automatically each month; no bills to remember. If the set stops working, call us: repairs are handled within 7 days within 50 miles of Columbus, 14 days beyond — and they don't cost you anything.

The terms, in plain language

• Six-month minimum. After six months, you're month-to-month and can stop anytime with notice.
• First payment at delivery. $60 for a set, $35 for a single appliance. After that, automatic monthly card payments. We keep a backup card on file in case your main card is replaced or declines — that's standard for every customer, so a lost card doesn't interrupt your laundry.
• No credit check. We don't run one.
• No deposit and no one-time fees. No deposit, no delivery fee — the monthly price is the whole cost.
• Hookups are required. You need washer hookups and an electric dryer connection. We rent electric dryers only, and we don't place stacked units.
• Delivery and installation are included throughout the published service areas below; Indianapolis deliveries are handled through our local install partner.
• Repairs are on us for as long as you rent. If a machine fails, we repair or swap it within 7 days inside 50 miles of Columbus, 14 days beyond.
• Moving within the service area: we'll move and re-install your set for a $50 fee.
• Early ending: if you end before the six-month minimum, the early-cancellation fee is $100 flat, and pickup is scheduled with you. Carve-out: if you're ending because you're moving out of the service area during the minimum, the fee is $50 instead of $100.
• This is a rental, not rent-to-own. Payments don't build toward owning the set — they cover the machines, the delivery, and every repair. When you're done, we pick the set up.

Frequently asked questions

How much is it, really?
$60 a month for a washer & dryer set, $35 a month for a single washer or dryer. Delivery, installation, and repairs are included. Your first payment is due at delivery; after that it's an automatic monthly card payment. No deposit and no other one-time charges — that's the whole cost.

Is there a contract?
A six-month minimum, then month-to-month. There's no rent-to-own contract and no long-term lock-in. If you end before six months, the early-cancellation fee is $100 and we schedule the pickup with you. (If you're ending because you're moving out of our service area during the minimum, that fee is $50.) When you're ready to stop after the minimum, we schedule a pickup and the payments end.

Do you run a credit check?
No. We don't run a credit check. You'll need a card for the automatic monthly payments and a backup card on file, but there's no credit screening — if you're in our service area and have the hookups, we can rent to you.

What hookups do I need?
You must have hookups: a standard washer hookup (hot/cold water connections and a drain) and an electric dryer connection. We rent electric dryers only — no gas dryers — and we don't place stacked units, so a stacked-only space won't work. If you're not sure whether your dryer connection is electric, say so on the form and we'll help you figure it out on the callback.

What if the washer or dryer breaks?
Call or text us. Repairs are included in your rent — we'll repair or swap the machine within 7 days within 50 miles of Columbus, 14 days beyond, at no cost to you.

What if I move?
If you move within our service area, we'll move and re-install the set for a $50 fee. If you move out of our service area, we schedule a pickup; if you're still in the six-month minimum, the early-cancellation fee is $50 instead of $100. After the minimum you're month-to-month — just give us notice and we'll schedule the pickup.

Can I buy the set eventually?
No — we're rental only, by design. Rental keeps repairs on us and keeps the monthly price where it is. If owning is what you want, a rent-to-own store is the honest recommendation; if not having to fix a machine ever again sounds better, that's us.

Do you deliver to Indianapolis?
Yes — Indianapolis deliveries and installs are handled through our local partner there, on the same prices and terms.
